Society and building record
Bring registration details, bye-laws, share or member records, sanctioned plans, occupation or completion material, structural reports and maintenance history where available.
Money and obligations
Bring audited accounts, budgets, major contracts, dues, loans, deposits, insurance, disputes and any pending notices. Keep the date and source for each record.
People and decisions
Record the committee, advisers, affected members, meeting notices, minutes, resolutions and delegated authority. Separate an informal suggestion from a recorded decision.
Proposal comparison
When proposals arrive, compare scope, area assumptions, programme, protections, temporary arrangements, change control, approvals, communication and long-term care—not only headline value.
